Mexican next door, McD, BK, DQ and QT in short driving range. They keep their 2 shuttle vehicles in the way under the check-in overhang by the front door instead of parked in the lot. Staff didn't anticipate 2 hungry high school wrestling teams checking out at once and the food ran out 'briefly'. Lamp fixture next to bed had a 3-way switch but placed the wrong bulb in it so it didn't dim. TV has analog, no digital or HD but for the 1 hour I watched it I was good. Fast wi-fi 30mb down, 10mb up Cons: To be honest I'm going to have to nitpick here to post anything. The staff is friendly, gave me a toothbrush I forgot and a generous late check-out. Bathroom was clean, plenty of clean WHITE towels (not grungy stained brown ones) Even though they offer long term parking for air travelers, there is plenty of parking (important for a bus driver). The rooms had all the amenities - microwave, fridge, iron/board, hairdryer LCD TV. Beds were very comfortable (I wanted to steal one of those chicklet pillows). Paint seemed fresh although dated, avocado went out with the 70's. The hotel has been added on to over the years, and there are hallways, corridors and stairwells that bring you to each section - that is where my Tardis comment came from. As previously reviewed by others, the hotel is older and the décor is dated, it is well kept and clean. I have stayed in many hotels over the years (including this one last year) so I think I know what to expect and what not to. The owners were trolling for reviews and after reading a few recent negative ones I can understand why. I am a school bus driver and I stayed here this weekend for a sporting event. I thought my title was funny, but no one at the hotel got the Dr.
